These pants are in like new condition!! I only wore them one season. No rips or tears! Zippers all work! There are zippers along the inside legs for ventilation. The length is 38". They are a woman's size small and the waist is adjustable by Velcro. I am selling them only because I'd like to get a new pair for the new season!!! I am also selling on classifiedads a pink w/purple linning Burton coat sz S that I wore with the pants, for $50.00.
